If the language somehow changed for some unknown reason, please just report to us with the S/N and the language you need and we can help you change the language. -

please note, we cannot copy software from one machine to another since all software is binded with the specific S/N. -

I am having the same problem , although i managed to get nearly all copied to a new sd card except my VW and Volvo which seem to be corrupt , is it possible to get an older update i originally had before my free updates had run out ? -

at the back label, you can see the S/N, and on the Setup/Help--About page you can see register password. -

The ds708 is showing a picture of an sd card after and before i put it in the unit. How can I get the unit password if I can't get pass the screen with the sd card? -

My SD card has been formatted and not backed up, How do I Reprogram my sd card, the machine wont even turn on with a blank sd card in it. Thanks
